F P Hurley were appointed by Willmott Dixon to deliver the mechanical services for the extension and refurbishment works for Royal Greenwich Trust School. The scheme represents our first project in partnership with Willmott Dixon’s Cobham branch.
The project, which aims to make the school the educational hub on the Greenwich Peninsula, will expand the capacity of the school from 600 to 950 pupils to account for the area’s growing student population. The project involves the creation of modern classrooms, science laboratories, food technology room, a dance and drama studio, music rooms, staff spaces, a multi-purpose atrium and a four court sports hall. The works, which are due to complete in June 2020, have a high degree of sustainability features with the project achieving BREEAM Excellent.
