F P Hurley are currently on site delivering the mechanical services for this part-refurbishment and part-newbuild project which involves the construction of a brand new two-storey extension at West Wales General Hospital in Carmarthen. The works, which were procured under the Designed for Life 2 Framework, are phased over two and a half years, due to be completed in January 2021. The unit will provide high-quality facilities, including operating theatres, birthing rooms, high-dependency wards, and overnight accommodation for parents.
The works are a continuation of our previous services delivered under the Designed for Life: Building for Wales Framework, adding to our extensive portfolio of newbuild and refurbishment works within the NHS in Wales.
