Contract Value: £2.4 Million

F P Hurley was selected to provide the mechanical services for this state-of-the-art campus hub. The project was part of Wiltshire College’s impressive expansion plan and involved a three-storey campus hub built to a high eco specification. The project achieved BREEAM Excellent.

The new facility accommodates 1,000 full-time students and aims to support the growing demand for apprenticeships. The building provides construction, engineering and motor vehicle workshops, hair and beauty salons, music, media and art studies, sports science laboratory, sensory room for learners with disabilities, conference facilities, IT classrooms and general teaching space.
