Vicki Allen

Vicki has been with the company for 16 years, beginning her career as an on-site apprentice. Over the past three years, she has become an integral member of our office team, playing a key role in promoting a safe and compliant working environment throughout the business.

A passionate advocate for health and safety, Vicki is committed to ensuring that every project upholds the highest standards, in line with our moral, legal, and ethical responsibilities. She actively champions a positive safety culture across both our offices and project sites.

Vicki holds a NEBOSH certification from Delyn Safety UK Ltd and has a solid foundation in engineering and plumbing, gained through her studies at Cardiff and Vale College and Gower College. Her technical expertise, combined with her enthusiasm, make her a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Vicki enjoys spending quality time with her family and embarking on new adventures.
