Ben Lagden

Ben joined our Bristol office as a Mechanical Project Manager. He began his career as an apprentice and gained practical, hands-on experience working as a site-based operative. Over time, he advanced into roles such as Lead Engineer, Foreman, and Supervisor. Transitioning from on-site roles to project management.

Ben finds the most rewarding aspect of his role is handing over a project and seeing the team’s hard work come to fruition.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his children and taking regular trips to Cornwall. He loves exploring the rugged coastline and walking his dog along scenic shores. In his free time, he also enjoys cycling, walking, and occasionally hitting the gym when the children allow.
