Jack Boughton

We’re excited to welcome Jack to the Hurley family, he brings with him a wealth of experience, drive, and a passion for success.

Jack is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with a strong entrepreneurial background. Having previously built and led his own business and employing over 100 staff, he brings not only leadership and business acumen but also hands on industry expertise.

With qualifications including NVQ Level 3 – Installer Electrician (AM2), SSSTS, and SMSTS, Jack is well-equipped to make a strong impact within our operations. His decision to pursue a career in the construction industry was driven by its long-term stability, the influence of skilled family members, and his own passion for hard work and achievement.

Outside of work, Jack is dedicated to fitness and weightlifting and once played football in his youth for Bristol City FC. He enjoys spending quality time with his son, often taking him to football, jujitsu, and other social hobbies.

We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the energy, expertise, and dedication he brings to our team.
