Highly skilled in effective contract management, our experienced Project Managers are selected for being collaborative, organised, adaptable, efficient and highly self-motivated problem solvers. Combined with excellent technical knowledge and a strong attention to detail, they are well equipped to deliver each project in a way that delights the client.

Our Project Managers will ensure the contract meets critical deadlines on time and on budget, acting as the single point of contact for the client and ensuring complete satisfaction. Our Project Managers will successfully meet operational, financial, commercial, legislative, health, safety and environmental standards as well as project targets, including the management of other engineers and supervisors.

They will ensure all activities are in accordance with the client’s core objectives, and by doing so, ensure client satisfaction, through delivery on time and on budget, as well as a safe project that is defect-free.

Soft Landings

We provide a smooth transition from design and construction into building operation through the principles of Soft Landings. A gradual handover of a new or refurbished building allows the client to learn how to optimally manage their new facilities so they enjoy full benefits of their new building. We provide a period of extended aftercare to the client, to ensure that systems are working as expected. We participate in post-occupancy evaluations to help eliminate common faults, thus allowing continual improvement of the built environment.

Supply Chain Management

Our supply chain is at the core of what we do and we are proud of its capacity to produce quality services for our clients. Our focus is on working together collaboratively, with open and honest communication. We treat our supply chain with integrity and respect, and as a result, we have developed successful long term relationships. We have worked with the majority of our supply chain partners in excess of several decades, fine-tuning our methods of collaboration to ensure that a culture of continual improvement is embedded in our organisation.

Directly Employed Operatives

We directly employ over 100 highly skilled and committed operatives, including specialist welders, to ensure a consistently high level of service across all our projects. These include over 35 directly employed Gas Safe Engineers to carry out the full range of commercial gas services.
