Apprenticeships

F P Hurley & Sons Ltd views the training and development of its staff as fundamental to the future of the business and a key to success. The Company is fully committed to supporting the continuous learning and development of their staff and operatives.

We are keen to ensure that we retain a high quality workforce in the future and to achieve this goal we actively support apprenticeship schemes.

We currently have eight full time operatives/apprentices who are studying approved courses together with three office apprentices, one on a BEng Building Services Engineering Degree course and the other two on Building Services HND and HNC courses.

In October 2005 we held the Welsh HVACR Training Award.
